This explains how the current TBayEats site handles visitor information.

Your theme preference

If you choose light or dark mode, the site saves that preference in your browser to restore it on later visits. If no saved choice is available, the site uses your device's colour preference.

The application does not send your saved theme choice to a server. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes the saved preference.

No analytics, advertising or accounts

The current site has no analytics or advertising scripts, account sign-in, submission forms or payment collection. It does not set tracking cookies. Fonts, images and the offer feed are loaded from the same site.

Website requests and external links

Cloudflare Pages hosts TBayEats. Loading the site sends technical request information to Cloudflare, such as an IP address and browser information. Cloudflare processes those requests under its own policies.

Restaurant and ordering-platform links open external websites. Those sites handle their own data and orders under their own privacy practices.

Retention

The saved theme has no expiry set by this application. It remains until you change it, clear the site's browser data or your browser removes it.

The site does not collect form submissions or account records. TBayEats has not set a separate retention period for provider-generated request logs.

Contact messages

If you email tbayeats.ca@gmail.com, the message includes your email address and anything you choose to send. Messages are processed by Google/Gmail and your own email provider. They are used to handle and follow up on your question or correction.

A fixed deletion schedule for contact messages has not been specified. Do not send passwords, payment details or private account information. You can use the same address to ask about a message you sent.
